MiQ, the global programmatic media partner, has announced a major strengthening of its India leadership team through a mix of key elevations and new appointments. This move comes at a defining moment for the company, as India emerges as a priority growth market and a global hub for innovation. Following the recent unveiling of MiQ Sigma, its advanced AI-powered platform designed to revolutionize media buying, the company is doubling down on leadership to drive future-ready solutions.
Among the significant elevations, Sachi Gurudanti has been promoted to Director of Product after her successful tenure as Director of Solutions in Canada, where she spearheaded the rollout of TV Intelligence. She will now bring her expertise to one of the fastest-growing markets for programmatic and connected TV innovation. Ajendranath Munduri steps into the role of Director of Trading after serving as Trader Manager since 2022. With his sharp focus on efficiency and value, he aims to strengthen MiQ’s position in India’s evolving programmatic ecosystem.
The company also announced Abhishek Goyal as Director of Solutions, bringing over a decade of global programmatic advertising experience, while Vineet Badde takes on the role of Chief of Staff, leveraging his strong background from IIM Indore and NIT Calicut to enhance operational excellence.

Adding to these elevations are two major appointments. Anusha Modi has joined as Director of Account Management, bringing her experience from MX Player where she led revenue strategy and planning. She emphasized her excitement about driving innovation and delivering meaningful outcomes for MiQ’s clients and partners.
Meanwhile, Namrata Aswani comes onboard as Director of Marketing and PR, with over 17 years in communications and public relations. Previously with Gozoop Group, she will play a pivotal role in building MiQ’s narratives and strengthening its brand visibility in India.
Varun Mohan, Chief Commercial Officer of MiQ India, highlighted the significance of this expansion, calling India a priority market and emphasizing the company’s people-first philosophy. He noted that the new leadership team represents MiQ’s long-term commitment to innovation and growth in the region, especially with the launch of MiQ Sigma and other upcoming initiatives.
