Prior to this elevation, Parekh served as Deputy Vice President of Marketing at Kotak Mahindra Bank for over three years. During her tenure, she played a key role in driving multi-channel campaigns and enhancing customer engagement across both traditional and digital platforms. Her efforts contributed meaningfully to the bank’s evolving brand identity and presence across diverse market segments.

 

Kanchi brings with her rich experience across B2C and B2B2C sectors within BFSI and digital payments. She has spearheaded strategic initiatives in brand building, product marketing, and employer branding across integrated marketing ecosystems.

Before joining Kotak, she held marketing roles with leading financial institutions and media companies, including SBI General Insurance, HDFC ERGO General Insurance, Future Generali India Life Insurance, DHFL, and The Indian Express. Her multifaceted background in communications and financial marketing has shaped her holistic approach to driving impact through branding and consumer outreach.
