InMobi has welcomed Anisha Baghudana as the new Director of Marketing for the Asia Pacific region. With a dynamic career spanning more than 13 years, Anisha brings rich expertise across brand management, e commerce leadership, and market expansion at some of the world’s most recognized consumer brands.
Her most recent role was at Adidas, where she held the position of Director for eCommerce across APAC. There, she was responsible for direct to consumer marketplace strategy, leading key account relationships across the region from August 2021 to March 2023. Her insights helped shape Adidas’s digital footprint, ensuring sharper platform execution in competitive markets.
Before Adidas, Anisha played a pivotal role at Hasbro between 2018 and 2021, where she managed integrated media planning and e commerce initiatives across Southeast Asia, India, and the MENA region. She helped steer the toy and entertainment giant’s regional campaigns, tailoring them to resonate with diverse audiences across countries.
Her experience at Crocs, between 2016 and 2018, added further strength to her regional marketing profile. As the Regional Marketing Manager for APAC, she led brand strategy and go to market executions across Japan, China, South Korea, and Australia, among others. Her ability to blend global brand vision with local consumer needs made her a key contributor to the company’s retail presence and brand recall.

Anisha began her career at Procter and Gamble in 2012, where she worked on leading product portfolios like Vicks and Anna Sui. Her time at P and G helped build her foundation in brand storytelling and consumer engagement, two skills that have remained central to her professional journey.
In addition to her corporate experience, Anisha co founded Chain of Thought in 2024, a brand consultancy aimed at supporting early stage B2C startups. She has also served as a consultant for YUA Labs, helping shape brand narratives and digital strategies for new age businesses.
Her appointment signals InMobis ongoing commitment to bolstering its marketing leadership in Asia Pacific, a region that continues to see rapid growth in digital adoption, mobile first marketing, and commerce transformation. As the digital advertising ecosystem becomes increasingly complex and personalized, leaders like Anisha bring the clarity and creativity needed to navigate change and deliver impact.
With her strong background in global marketing and digital commerce, Anisha is expected to bring a fresh perspective to InMobi’s marketing roadmap across APAC. Her entry comes at a crucial time when brands are looking for more connected, agile, and insight driven marketing approaches in a mobile first world.
