A New Era of Leadership
At its 71st Annual General Meeting in Mumbai, The Advertising Club announced its new Managing Committee for 2025–26. Dheeraj Sinha, CEO of FCB India and South Asia, has been elected as President. His election marks a significant step in bringing together leaders across creative agencies, media networks, digital platforms, and new-age marketing, reflecting the evolving nature of India’s advertising and marketing ecosystem.

Sharing his excitement, Dheeraj Sinha said, “It is an honour to lead The Advertising Club, an institution that represents the collective ambition of our industry. What makes this moment special is the inclusivity and diversity of the committee we have formed — from agency stalwarts to new-age marketers and media platform leaders. Together, we will foster dialogue, build capability, and create opportunities that will strengthen our industry and prepare it for the future.” His words underscore the Club’s intent to focus on inclusivity, collaboration, and a forward-looking approach.
The New Managing Committee
The office bearers announced include Amitesh Rao as Vice President, Punitha Arumugam as Secretary, Sonia Huria as Joint Secretary, and Pradeep Dwivedi as Treasurer. Alongside them, the Managing Committee brings together senior leaders such as Satya Raghavan, Jitender Dabas, Darshana Shah, Ajay Kakar, Mitrajit Bhattacharya, Aparna Bhawal, and Avinash Kaul. The Club has also co-opted members like Neha Markanda, Sagnik Ghosh, and Mansha Tandon to add depth to the team. Special invitees including Anurita Chopra, Lulu Raghavan, Saket Jha Saurabh, Gautam Reghunath, and Amogh Dusad will contribute their expertise to strengthen the Club’s initiatives.

Rana Barua, the immediate past president, will continue to be part of the committee, ensuring continuity alongside fresh perspectives.
