With a career that spans key roles at Disney Plus Hotstar, Amazon MX Player, ByteDance, and ZEE5 Global, Mishra’s entry signals a focused push by Dream11 to deepen user engagement and accelerate growth through sharper product led marketing strategies.

In his most recent role at Disney Plus Hotstar, Mishra served as Head of Product Growth and International Expansion. During his nearly three year tenure, he played a pivotal role in scaling the platform’s reach while refining subscription funnels and user retention models across multiple geographies. His work there was crucial to navigating the evolving competitive streaming landscape and ensuring sustainable international traction for the brand.

Before that, Mishra led User Growth at Amazon MX Player where he worked on expanding user bases across Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets. His earlier stint at ByteDance allowed him to experiment with short form content dynamics while overseeing platform side user acquisition efforts in a rapidly changing digital ecosystem.

 

One of his longest and most impactful tenures was at ZEE5 Global, where he served as Global Lead for Subscription Revenue. There, he was responsible for monetization strategy, focusing on international expansion and revenue generation through subscriptions. His efforts helped the platform unlock new markets while improving user lifecycle value. This mix of product growth, performance marketing, and global subscription experience makes Mishra a strong strategic fit for Dream11’s vision.
